Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions were prepared by and relate to the usage of www.thesmartsitesolution.com effective September 2009.
(i) If you have an existing domain you want to continue to use please contact us for assistance in redirecting to new SmartSite;
(ii) The terms agreed include monthly billing and one-time set-up fee;(iii) Cancellations request must be provided in writing (i.e. email, letter, fax) and allowed thirty (30) days for execution;
(iv) Refunds will be provided upon written request and allowed a sixty (60) day grace period to investigate reason for refund before a response is provided;
(v) All refunds and cancellations are subject to administrative fees associated with administrative and processing fees;
(vi) Agent is responsible for coordinating with local MLS to provide paperwork necessary to turn on IDX feed and must abide by policy of member MLS. SmartSites is not responsible for and cannot override policies set forth by MLS.
