Access to update and edit your content is available through our WYSIWYG editing tools.  This allows non-technical individuals to create and edit content.

Our CMS offers an image gallery, custom form builder, RSS feeds, video manager, document manager and much more at your fingertips.  These features are constantly upgraded to meet the most recent demands of our clients and the web browsers.

As a client of SmartSites you will receive regular updates to the CMS to enhance your experience on the web.  Whether it is tying in Google Analytics, integrating webmaster tools or offering simple functional enhancements there is not cost - it is apart or your monthly fee and relationship.  Unlike many open-source CMS's, all upgrades are our responsibility.

Edit and Publish...

Managing and editing content can be done easily through the CMS.  The next step is publishing your changes which is as easy as clicking the "Publish" tab.  With each change you make to the site you can "Preview Changes" and "Publish" in your own time.  And when you make a mistake you have the ability revert back to the "Previous Version". 

Security and Delegation...

Behind secure servers, usernames and passwords is the ability of the administrator to delegate responsibilities to individuals and/or groups responsible for contributing to the content and images of the website.
